The work Death Declaration revolves around the ruins, most of which are rural demolition buildings or buildings without owners in a remote area in China. What I want to explore about the ruins is why and how we abandon while moving forward at a high speed, and how those objects that were created by us are forgotten. In contrast to the rapid development and prosperity of the cities, ruins, regarded as the dark side that records the traces of life of people who lived there in the past, are judged to be useless and outdated. I use this work to arouse people’s attention and reflection on the ruins.
